Tax & Accounting
Matthew G. Jelnicky CPA CFP™ holds a masters degree in
taxation and has taught both individual and corporate taxation
for a local University in Charlotte, NC as well as tax and financial
planning courses for professionals. The firm prepares many individual
tax returns each year. Clients are attracted to the firms extensive
knowledge in stock options, business and sales expenses and investment
income. The firm also provides strategies needed by high net
worth individuals and families to minimize their tax burden.
The
firms approach to accounting, taxation and internal control is
proactive. We try to make sure that we know the exact tax liability
for all of our clients before year end. We study a clients business
to make sure we understand the "ins and
outs" of their industry. Once we understand the business,
we help provide systems for building a stronger organization.

Tax Planning and Preparation
We
prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations
and trusts. We have over twenty years experience. We electronically
file almost all returns, and as of this writing, we have
NEVER had one of our tax returns changed as a result of
an audit by the Internal Revenue Service. In fact we have
represented many clients before the IRS, for returns prepared
by others.

We
currently have several clients who rely on us for monthly
accounting work. The majority of our clients have their
own accounting systems. Thus we provide on site review
